And by the time we sat down I knew she had the job. She is very skilled and knowledgeable and aims to please as well as get the job done. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with our experience with Juan and Bettina. We were what most people would politely call "picky" when it came to looking for and purchasing our first home, and Bettina could not have been more accommodating when it came to finding us exactly what we were looking for. She even brought things to our attention that we never would have thought of, like where the sun would set on our house, what type of commercial property was near by, and numerous other factors that could affect our time in the home as well as resale value. She was always available when we had questions or concerns, and even though we were first time buyers and were somewhat clueless on many aspects of purchasing a home, she never made us feel that way. The best part of having Juan and Bettina as our agents was that they were always available to meet with us. My wife and I have almost totally opposite work schedules and were only available certain times of certain days to look at houses. Bettina always made sure that we were able to make the most of the time we had. We looked at houses in the evenings, on weekends, and she even met us for our final walk thru on the 4th of July. We have been in our home for about a month now and couldnt be happier with our purchase, and we owe a lot of that to Team Sastoque. My parents have purchased homes using them, they recommended we use them, and I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy and pleasurable home buying experience to go with them as well.
